Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Daneshfar Aesthetics, we uphold a 24-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy to ensure that our valued guests receive timely appointments and to honor our providers’ valuable time.

A $50 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for any appointment that results in a no-show or is canceled within 24 hours. For clients who have no-showed or late-canceled three times, we kindly request full prepayment for future services when booking. This non-refundable prepaid amount can be credited for future services if an appointment is rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

Respecting our providers’ time is crucial as they are often booked in advance. Last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to fill these gaps, so we appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Your understanding and adherence enable the Daneshfar Aesthetics team to consistently deliver top-quality service for you and our future patients while honoring our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy. Thank you for being a part of the Daneshfar Aesthetics community.

Late Appointment Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but arriving late can impact your scheduled treatment. We will try to ensure all aspects of your treatment are completed within the scheduled time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Please note that our cancellation fee may apply as detailed in our Cancellation and No-Show Policy above. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the best possible service. However, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. While we strive for optimum aesthetic results, individual outcomes naturally vary from patient to patient. Clients are responsible for additional treatments required to achieve their desired results.

In addition, we do not offer refunds for retail products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product; please inform our staff within 30 days’ notice. Kindly note that there are no refunds for Gift Certificate purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

Animal Policy

While we adore animals, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing your pets when visiting Daneshfar Aesthetics. If you arrive with a non-service animal, you will be asked to take the animal outside as we are connected to a surgical facility handling open cases. To maintain compliance and sterility, we urge you to leave non-service animals at home. Your cooperation and consideration for all our patients are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
